About SPUD
"The Angry Spud" was created back in 2016 with the vision of creating videos for fun. If an interesting idea comes to mind I capture it by creating a video! I have done everything from reaction videos to language videos, to vlogs and more!
Where did the name come from you may ask?
I previously had a YouTube channel called Othello and the Green Jello, where I created several videos and really enjoyed the process. Unfortunately, the channel was deleted, and I lost all of the work I had put into it.
About a year later, I was lying in bed one night and suddenly thought, “I want to make a YouTube channel again.” That simple idea sent me searching for the right name. I started thinking about something that felt personal, memorable, and a little funny.
I combined one of my favorite foods—potatoes—with the expression I seem to have on my face most of the time: angry. Put the two together, and The Angry Spud was born.
It just fit. And considering my bald head already makes me look a little like an Idaho potato, the name somehow felt even more perfect.
INTERESTING FACTS

From a young age, I have been passionate about foreign languages and video editing. The creative side of me took over on most occasions. On top of that, I have always been goal-oriented and highly motivated! (High speed - low drag).

I started editing videos around the age of 10 but did not start to perfect my skills until around the age of 15. I directed, starred in, and produced my first 'mini-movie' in high school as a freshman in my digital video editing class. Watch the movie here!

I found a love for foreign languages around the age of 9. My brother and I also created our own language when we were younger, but I have no clue what it's called, we just speak it!
